6:30am - 7:30pm: Silly Safari Presented by Rahman Law Office @ Ferdinand Community Center, 1710 Community Dr Ferdinand, IN 47532
Silly Safari is back and remains FREE thanks to Rahman Law Office! Come see Boa Bryce and all of the exotic animals on the Uebelhor Chevy Cadillac Toyota Main Stage! At the end you’ll have the opportunity to pet the animals…if you’re brave enough!
8:00am: 19th Annual Heimatfest 5K Run/Walk sponsored by FPHS Track Teams @ FPHS Track and Field 1440 Michigan St Ferdinand, IN 47532
Starting at the Forest Park High School Track. The route will feature the beautiful Monastery Immaculate Conception and the newly created Old Town Lake Park. $15/person before 6/17/23 and $20 after. The 5K run/walk will take place Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. It will be followed by a Kid’s Fun Run at the track for $8.00. Pre-Registrants and fun run participants will receive a T-Shirt.

Pre-registration is required. All entries must be turned into the YMCA no later than Thursday, June 6th at Noon Eastern. 6 person team format. 2 Female players MUST be playing at all times.

Registration is from 9AM-Noon, Judging starts at 12PM, Awards at 2PM
Entry Fee is $15/vehicle, all money raised will be donated to the Ferdinand Food Pantry.

$25 Entry Fee for BBQ teams. $5 entry fee for individuals wishing to sample. Samples from 11:30-2:00 with $5 entry for those wishing to sample. Judging from 12-3. Awards immediately following judging in the BBQ Area. $500 Grand Prize for overall winner and $250 for Runner-Up. Prizes to overall winner, runner up, and category winners! Categories include Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Brisket.

Venmo will be accepted in the beer garden to purchase drink tickets.
4:30 pm: NextEra Energy Community Meal @ the Ferdinand Community Center
NextEra Energy has graciously stepped in to help provide a wonderful Community Meal Serving will start at 4:30 and continue as long as meals remain. Join us for a great family meal in the A.C.

The Best Home Furnishings Family Zone is a free area located on the Ferdinand Community Center Grounds next to the family area. The Family Zone includes a Cotton Candy Station, Face Painting, Balloon Animals, Inflatables, Kiddie Pedal Pull (Saturday Only) along with Games such as Ring Toss, Plinko, etc. for kids!
6:00 pm: Kiddie Pedal Pull – Put on by Forest Park FFA @ Ferdinand Community Center, 1710 Community Dr Ferdinand, IN 47532
The Kiddie Pedal Pull will be in the Best Home Furnishings Family Zone on Saturday Night @ 6pm.
8:00pm - 12:00am: Studebaker
Studebaker is a high-energy band playing Classic Rock with a Touch of Country… Enjoy music favorites from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s with a mix of rock, pop, country, and dance classics. You’ll hear great songs from a variety of artists including John Mellencamp, ZZ Top, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, AC DC, and many others… It’s always a great time with Studebaker!
