Heritage Artisans Days

For decades, Historic New Harmony has continued a tradition of inviting thousands of elementary school children to learn what life was like living in New Harmony, Indiana in the early 1800’s. Students experience 19th-century history through interaction with historic interpreters that present how their professions and roles were an integral part of sustaining this community during the early stages of New Harmony’s founding.
