The day started out, I was with a group of my friends, great time to say the least. Now you're wondering why is this a one star review? Let me set the scene. As soon as we got there it started raining, which wasn't Holiday Worlds fault, but it was a drag to say the least. We ended up going on the voyage. At the time it had stopped raining and the ride was being managed fine. However, as soon as we were getting on the ride, it began pouring. And I don't mean just a drizzle, it was pelting rain. The employees did not stop the ride, and we were already strapped in so there was no going back. The ride started off and it felt like I was being shot in the face due to the extreme weather conditions. A male(8) who was sitting in front of me began screaming hysterically declaring "I can't see!" and "Did something just hit me in the face!" After the ride ended I was soaked to the core and my face was red. Before we left the park we decided to go to the gift shop to remember this experience. I saw a pink pig that caught my eye and ended up purchasing it. I made polite small talk with the employee, she said she loved my pig and asked me if I bought it for my dog. I let it slip and said no I was buying it for my mother. After purchasing the pig, I was standing by the door waiting for my friends. They were talking to the same employee and bought four swords for $20. She said, and I quote,"At least you didn't buy a stupid pig like the woman in front of you." Considering I was standing right in front of her I find that this is horrible customer service. And that's just to sum it up.

This was our seventh year in a row going to Holiday. I recommend the two day pass as there is so much to do. The Thunderbird is awesome! I liked the addition of live music throughout the park. My only complaint is the food prices went up. We paid $46 for a large (8 piece) pizza, 6 bread sticks, and an order of 5 buffalo wings. Wings were decent but pizza was not. I still recommend the park but you might consider eating off-site.

We love Holiday World so much!!! We went today and had a blast! The 3 hour drive is always worth it. It is one of the cleanest parks I've been to. The staff are always so friendly and the food is good. We always go in May because the lines aren't long and the park isn't over crowded. We can ride the rides we love most multiple times without missing out on others. Definitely going to visit again this summer.

Lovely theme park. I'd say the water park is more enjoyable than the wooden coasters, which can be a bit rough on the back and neck. The thunder bird is an impressive, smooth ride. The Thanksgiving area has the best food. Holiday World does a good job of having rides for all ages. Make sure to take full advantage of the free sunscreen and drinks available throughout the park!

Not only is this the most cleanest park in the country but it’s also the must fun. The staff are amazing. The thrills are outstanding. Free drinks. Free sunscreen. You may ask “Can it get any better???!” And if course it does. We love coming here and is the #1 reason we visit Indiana every year. We will always continue to come here for the rest of our lives. (We come so often that it is now a family tradition)🙀
