We have been called "the cleanest humane society in NW Indiana", and have won "Best in the Region" as best place to volunteer for 3 years straight! We take pride in giving all of our animals quality care. As a leading humane society, we take pride in offering the best "forever friend" you will find.
Our purpose is to:
* Discourage and prevent animal cruelty through education and legislation
* Place unwanted and neglected animals in good homes.
* Prosecute those individuals who abuse and neglect their pets.
In order to continue our mission, we need your support. Our Humane Society is funded solely on donations. We receive no state, federal or city funding nor do we receive funding from any national humane organization. Please allow us to carry on our humane work by sending in a donation today!
