Northern hardwood forest, wooded swamp, and wet prairie. There are miles of hiking trails. Excellent habitat for wildflowers, birds, and trees. Maple syrup season is celebrated the third weekend of March with Maple Syrup Days. 

Amenities: picnic, hiking, wetlands, interpretive center

Took my 5 yr old grandson with us, we all had a ball!! The pancakes and syrup were fantastic, learning how they make maple syrup was cool and the horse drawn ride into the woods learning all about the trees and sap was a amazing!! My grandson loved it!! We'll be back!!

absolutely stunning, maple syrup festival was really busy, with long lines for pancakes, but worth the wait. watching birds out of those big windows while we ate pancakes and sausages was AMAZING !
