Took the kids for breakfast and enjoyed the dining room. It was extremely busy, but we were able to find a table. The staff did a great job being prompt with their service and keeping the tables clean. Love their breakfast burritos!
Poor, ordered sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese, receipt didn't show egg, so I asked cashier if i was getting egg, his response " I think so", didn't bother to ask manager or anyone else. Guess what? No egg!! Too long of wait to take back!!
What's the point of this. Order online, have to wait in drivethru just to try and get my order, finally after about 15 mins I get to speaker, only one drivethru lane open, after about 3-4 more minutes I get to the first window and get my receipt, wait to pull up to next window, another 3-4 mins, get there and they don't have my order ready, told to pull up to a waiting area, and then I waited another 7-8 mins, they finally bring me my bag but forgot to make my drink, had to wait another couple of minutes for the drink, told the associate that I was not very happy about the service. Finally when I got home lo and behold the fries were not the size that I ordered. I don't really think that you reallly want me to give a good experience at the most screwed up, sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant, I have ever seen. I don't know what the problem is but I think it is an issue that should be looked into. Too bad the rating stars don't begin with the phrase, this place is totally f###-#p for a rating.
Went at around 4:30, not very busy. Took 20+ minutes for a happy meal and a quarter pounder meal, no alterations. Had to park at the reserved spot for ten minutes.
Tell City isn't bad. Manager is very unprofessional. Yells at employees at register. Could be cleaner. Most of the time tables dirty.
