The food was fresh, delicious and excellent size portions, and the wait wasn't horribly long considering that I visited on a Friday evening during the Lenten season. There are several young folks working the counter which tend to get frustrated easily with rude customers but overall very polite in return. The only noticeable issue if it matters is the dining room. It's very outdated to say the least and the walls and Windows (frames) are screaming for a fresh coat of paint to hide the rust that's beginning to show. Would have never noticed if I hadn't decided to dine in for a change rather than drive through or carry out. Overall, great food and worth the visit.
The boys who work here should be fired. They constantly mess up orders, they just asked for my card a second time so let’s see if I get charged twice, they asked THREE times what my order was, the person in front of me just had to park their car and walk back inside, probably because they messed up the order.
There were 2 young men there, one at register and one cooking. I think they re-fried the food. The soft drinks were bad. There were no sanitation precautions taken by either boy. It was the wrong order and the boy serving us, bragged & laughed loudly, about us accepting the wrong order. It was truly much worse than I can express, here. They were yelling and cursing the entire time. I was afraid to eat the food. I will never go to this location again. They won't remain in business long with these 2 employees running it.
It was so-so. The food was fine, but felt half hearted. Not the cleanest of places.
I went thru the drive thru the young man at the window was very polite and helpful. My fishbox for two was absolutely awesome oh and in the window they bad the score from the health department and they get 100 very frequently. I would highly recommend this Moby Dick.
