The Ultimate Halloween in Indiana!

Halloween! The most thrilling time of year. Residents of Indiana gear up for the holiday well before the big day. Come spend a night full of fright at one of Indiana’s most haunted attractions, pick out the perfect costume, and munch on the most scrumptious candy around. No matter where you are in Indiana, there is always Halloween fun to be had.

1. Tunnelton Tunnel, Bedford, IN

Tunnelton Tunnel in southern Bedford, Indiana, is rumored to be the most haunted spot in Indiana. During construction of the tunnel, a man was decapitated and is rumored to walk the tunnel, still in search of his missing head. It’s also said that the tunnel was built beneath an old graveyard, causing caskets to fall through. Many say they can hear the screams of a family who was killed when their horse and buggy crashed many years ago into the river nearby. While trains still pass through the tunnel occasionally, most visitors tend to stay away because of high amounts of paranormal activity. Be sure to bring a flashlight, if you dare.
